Feature Race, Barriers Info & Starting Positions:
The Strathalbyn Cup (2050m) is the main event and it is staged in January the day after the Magic Millions meeting in the Gold Coast. With a circumference of around 1800 and an oval layout with front and back straights and two large sweeping turns it looks as though it wold be leader biased but results show it is pretty fair to all runners. With chutes at 1600m into the right side turn and at 1350 into the back straight all runners get their chance.
